Industrial Basement Waterproofing System – Abhijeet Technoplast

This project addressed the challenge of groundwater ingress in a high-load industrial basement. A failure in this environment could compromise both structural integrity and operations. Our team deployed a dual-layer waterproofing system using HDPE and SBS membranes, engineered to provide superior resistance against hydrostatic pressure. The solution ensured full coverage, joint integrity, and long-term durability. The system significantly enhanced the basement’s resistance to moisture penetration, reducing long-term maintenance risks and ensuring structural stability.
