Project overview
This project involved waterproofing a residential basement exposed to moisture ingress and long-term seepage risks.
We engineered a combined SBS membrane and cementitious coating system (Mapelastic Smart) to deliver dual protection. The membrane provided structural waterproofing, while the coating enhanced surface sealing and durability.
The result is a comprehensive waterproofing solution with improved resistance to water penetration and long-term structural protection.
